Safety and Reliability
The state’s telecommunications policy, including the CPUC's Environmental and Social Justice (ESJ) Action Plan, is founded on an ongoing commitment to universal service by assuring the continued affordability and widespread availability of reliable and quality communications services. The Public Advocates Office participates in several CPUC proceedings advocating for Californians to have access to safe and reliable communications services regardless of where they live.
